Delivery & Returns Policy Delivery Information We deliver our products to residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be clearly shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Deliveries are made to the ground floor, kerbside only, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles. Any missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailable access may incur additional charges.
