Delivery & Returns Policy Delivery Information We deliver our products to residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be clearly shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Deliveries are made to the ground floor, kerbside only, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles. Any missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailable access may incur additional charges. Right to Cancel and Return As an online consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us at your own cost. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Exemptions Please note that custom-made, cut-to-size, or personalised products are exempt from cancellation rights unless they are faulty. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If the goods are not returned in a suitable condition, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value. Original delivery charges will also be refunded if the entire order is cancelled. Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
